2bdr with Den 1 bath appartment with lots of sq footage (about 1140). Den is spacious has closet and solid door so could be 3rd bdr. Mstr bdr has Huge walk in closet! Very nice and appealing appartment with decent carpet and appliances (fridge,stove,dishwasher,garbage disposal, washer, dryer and air conditioner).
Currently rents for $745 per month but landlord may have a lease signing incentive. I believe they do allow cats in this building with deposit.
I bought a home and am moving in this week and am stuck with paying for my apartment till end of Aug. unless someone else wants to move in and sign a 6 or 12 month lease. I will have apart. empty and cleaned in time for them to paint and have the apartment ready for Aug. 1.
