Used for 1.5 years before upgrading to larger roaster. Connected with propane but can be converted to natural gas. Comes with a 110/220V step-up converter, ventilation kit, and chaff collector. It is currently wired with a phidget and hooked up via Artisan for roast logs (can also be used with Cropster).
The 2018 Mill City Roasters 1 kg (MCR-1) is a commercial-grade, single-phase 220V drum roaster designed for precise, small-batch roasting. Key features include Phidget 1048 data logging for BT/ET/IT (Artisan compatible), adjustable airflow/drum speed, and a separate cooling tray/chaff collector, with a weight of approx. 198–200 lbs.
