I have 8 years of experience in professional IT work and have helped many of my personal friends and associates resolve their computer problems. Now I'm hoping to take things to the next level by offering my skillset to the public.
I prioritize resolving whatever problem you may have through the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner available, and pride myself on not only my technical skills, but my communication skills as well. No matter what level of familiarity you have with computers, I'll be able to explain the problems and solutions involved without resorting to geekspeak.
My Services Include:
Repairs & troubleshooting: Slow startup, errors, printer fixes, crashes, tune-ups, and speed optimization for all kinds of computers.
Virus, malware, & spyware removal: Thorough examination and removal to restore your security and speed.
New device setup: Anything from computers, printer, smart home devices, monitors, cameras, and whatever else!
Data backup: Protecting your valuable photos, documents, and files, whether you want them on the cloud or on a device you own!
Consulting: Need advice on buying a new computer, part, software, or an upgrade? Not sure what kind of computer to get for someone as a gift? I'll be able to offer my expertise to help you find the right equipment for your needs.

--- Fees for each service ---
Computer repair/virus removal/data backup/new device setup:
- $100 per hour, minimum 30 minutes.
- Time billed in 15 minute increments. (In other words, if it takes me an hour and a half to fix it, you'll be billed for an hour and a half, not 2 hours!)
- If any replacement parts are needed, I will do my best to find the best price possible for a reliable replacement. You will be billed for the part, but I will not add any overhead or finder's fee to the price of the part. Receipts will be provided to prove this.
- $50 deposit to begin work, with any remaining balance billed upon completion.
Consultancy:
- Flat $25 fee.
- Consultancy includes answers to any question you have, as well as links to purchase any product I recommend for your needs.
- I'd be happy to hear about your request first, but payment will be due before a solution can be given.
- If you would like to turn your consultancy into a request for any of the services listed above, your $25 consultation fee will be credited towards your $50 deposit to begin work.

Fairness & Transparency Policy:
Fees cover the time, knowledge, and software used to diagnose and resolve the issue. If I am not able to resolve the problem, or if a fix is impossible due to factors outside my control, my fee still applies. However, I always aim to be honest about the risks and limitations with any task, and will not do anything without your approval ahead of time. If I believe any job you have is beyond my capabilities, I will let you know up front and no payment will be requested.
