Job Overview:

The Enterprise Quality – QMS Program Manager owns and drives the enterprise program for the design, deployment, and sustainment of the company’s Quality Management System across the end‑to‑end value chain—from raw merial receipt through jobsite delivery. This role ensures quality is embedded as a core opering discipline, enabling consistent execution, risk mitigion, regulory compliance, and customer confidence. Reporting to the VP of Quality, the QMS Manager Coordines cross functional execution to ensure adoption, alignment, and performance of the QMS program.

• Enterprise QMS Leadership
  Own and continuously evolve the enterprise Quality Management System, ensuring alignment with business stregy, product standards, and regulory requirements.
• Governance, Audit & Risk Management
  Establish and execute a robust internal audit framework to ensure compliance, identify systemic risk, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Continuous Improvement & Sustainment
  Drive and facilite enterprise and site‑level improvement initiives th strengthen process capability, reduce variability, and embed quality into daily operions.
• Capability Development & Culture
  Build organizional capability through training, standard work, and leadership engagement to reinforce a strong, accountable quality culture.
• Cross‑Functional Integrion
  Partner across functions to resolve complex quality issues, integre quality expections into operional decisions, and support enterprise change initiives.
• Performance Reporting & Executive Insight
  Deliver clear, actionable quality performance insights to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities th impact enterprise outcomes.
• Regulory & Standards Compliance
  Ensure enterprise compliance with all applicable local, ste, and federal quality‑reled regulions and standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operions, Quality Management, or a reled field required
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality, operions, or continuous improvement
• Demonstred success leading cross‑functional, enterprise‑scale initiives
• Strong understanding of quality systems, structured problem solving, and operional processes
• Proven executive communicion, analytical, and decision‑making skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70% to manufacturing sites and distribution centers

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies
• Advanced capability in da analysis, quality reporting, and performance management
• Demonstred leadership in large‑scale transformion or enterprise standardizion initiives
