Very worn but still comfortable and in good shape with no tears or rips. There is a couple letters in pen or something HP initials on the right cushion but never bothered me as usually blankets or pillows covering it. FREE! I have an appliance dolly to help roll it out of the apartment down the big elevator to your truck if needed. Good first apartment or just want something free to sit on type of couch.
