I'm selling a few of these FIVE POUND bags of new/sealed Texas Crispy Fried Chicken breading……COMMERCIAL/RESTAURANT QUALITY! They are brand new, way in date (to 10-18-24), and will make some of the most delicious fried chicken you'd ever want to sink your lips into lol! Like me, you can now make your own restaurant quality fried chicken at home…..YAY! It also can be used for fish, shrimp, onion rings and last I even tried frying some Calamari using this breading, and my hubby said it was the BEST Calamari he's ever eaten! The flavor of this breading is just outstanding! It's crunchy/savory/zesty/spicy…..and will fry up to a lovely red-brown color. This stuff is the real-deal folks, as is used at MANY restaurants as their signature fried chicken.

I had to buy a large case quantity of these 5 pound bags from a restaurant warehouse to even buy it at all, so I decided to share/sell what I figured I could not use in the next year. I'm not making anything selling these, but would like to get back what I paid for each bag, and a little bit of the ship charge…..so I'm selling these for $15 each. The bags are sealed, in perfect new condition. $15 wouldn't hardly buy a chicken dinner out for one, let alone a whole family…..so this is defiantly a bargain for this breading. A couple 5 pound bags will last you a LONG TIME, just as it does our family, and I fry A LOT of chicken using this breading! It goes a long way for sure, and a snap to throw together. Here's the prep directions:

DIRECTIONS:
*To prepare, simply dip the chicken parts in the breading, fry in oil for 11-14 minutes or until fully cooked, and serve!
**For extra crispy chicken, mix 2 cups of cold water or buttermilk with 1 cup of Texas fried chicken breading and dip the chicken parts into the batter. Remove the chicken from the batter and coat in more breading, pressing the breading into the chicken. Fry in oil for 13-15 minutes or until fully cooked and serve!
*** This fully seasoned breading mix can also be used for making buffalo wings, fish, shrimp, onions rings, mushrooms and the Calamari I spoke of above. Absolutely Delicious!!!!!
