These are derived from registered stock and have been handled!
We raise our kunekunes with the end intent of meat, but enjoy them so much in the meantime.
Kunekunes graze on the pasture requiring a small amount of pig grain and are docile and so manageable for homesteads. They mix easily with other livestock.
Their meat is a deep red like steak and their lard is creamy white, which we use in place of butter in baked goods, pie crusts and tortillas too!
