-Steps up, does have a small vocab, and is friendly on his terms.
Prefer to have him go to someone nearby in Fargo Moorhead. This is a rehome...so I do care about where he goes and wont just hand him off to someone who wants a bird.
Attempted to rehome last summer but wasn't able to find a good serious fit.
