Selling a 2015 Jayco Jayflight 31Qbds. Total length is 35'9".
Conklin Acrylic Coating done on roof on 5/24/2026. Stronger than original roof. Will last 15+ years. Maintenance only, never had leaks.
New steps installed at rear entrance door.
Features a queen bed, 4 bunks, pull out couch and table to bed conversion. Sleeps 10 to 11 people. One top bunk is rated at 300lb and other at 600lbs.
Tons of storage. Bed and bunks lift for storage access.
Does have the arctic package for cold climates. Well insulated.
2nd owner bought in 2016. Used on a small handful of trips. Always winterized and never lived in. No pets and no smoking. Interior is is excellent shape.
Electric awning, Electric jack, (x2) 30lb propane tanks. Everything works.
One tire does have a slow leak. Will need a new battery and rear stabilizer jack.
Sheet metal by rear door could be bent back or replaced.
You will be hard pressed to find a 4 bunk Jayco on the market.
