Single working guy, very much a quiet and relaxed person. Hoping to find a suitable roommate for a two-bedroom apartment, male or female welcome. Rent will be $500 each per month with a deposit to be determined. Move in date would be no sooner than July 20.
Situation: I currently live in my landlord's house. He has several rental properties around the area just north of downtown Fargo.
He has a second floor two-bedroom apartment coming available soon. I have a great renter/landlord relationship with him, and I've rented space in his house for several years. He is highly trustworthy and reliable.

*At least 35 yrs of age.
*Working.
*No felony criminal record.
*Non-smoker (my requirement, not the landlord's...I hate cigarette smoke with a passion).
*Clean and neat AT ALL TIMES, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
*Willing to have a face-to-face interview with the landlord and myself.
*Respectful and quiet during evening hours.
*Not a pet owner. I love cats and dogs, but it's not something I want to deal with.
