Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Professional with framing/construction experience to join our team at Solid LLC., West Saint Paul, MN.
In this role, you will play a vital part in completing, presenting, and SELLING accurate project estimates to existing and potential customers, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency in every project we undertake.
An ideal candidate might be a remodeling contractor that has both sold and managed the projects he has sold, but now is looking to work for a larger organization but ALSO has carpentry experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Professional with an emphasis on closing.
Experience as a construction estimator or similar role in the residential and light commercial construction industry.
At least five years of experience working in the construction field as a residential framer.
Again, an ideal candidate might be: a remodeling contractor, with carpentry experience, that has both sold and managed the projects he has sold - but is now looking to work for a larger organization.
Responsibilities:
Experience in sales and closing sales.
Experience as a construction estimator.
Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines.
Utilize estimating software such as Stratosphere and Salesforce for accurate calculations and documentation.
