Westmore Carriers is looking for a Lead Driver at our West Fargo, ND terminal.

OUR LEAD DRIVERS EARN $240 PER DAY on a 1099 - HOME DAILY

What We Offer:

$240 Per Day on a 1099
Monday - Friday
12 am Start Time
Paid Weekly

Requirements:

Non-CDL Driver's License
1+ Year Professional Driving Experience in a Straight/Box Truck
21+ Years of Age
DOT Medical Card
Excellent Communication & Leadership Skills

This position is responsible for training new drivers on overnight delivery routes and scanning procedures, coaching existing drivers on best practices and driving routes based on nightly route coverage shortages.

We’re looking for a dynamic individual who leads by example and inspires the team to provide excellent service to our valued customers.
