Cabin has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 1,680 square feet, sleeps 6 on beds and has 2 couches. Level lot with sandy beach and front sun room with beautiful lake view. Vaulted ceilings. Central Air Conditioning. There is a large deck for outdoor living space and entertaining. The cabin was built in 2003 and is on a .54 acre lot, 70 feet of lake shore with mature trees. Amenities include a gas grill, 2 gas fireplaces, outdoor fire pit and wood, cable and flat screen TV, WiFi internet, boat lift for your boat, water toys, lounge chairs and a hug inflatable tube, and 2 kayaks. All beds are provided with linens, blankets, bedspread and pillows. Kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots, pans, baking utensils and more. Kitchen linens and bath towels are not provided.
If you don’t feel like cooking, Zorbaz Pizza and Beach Bums Bar & Eatery are a 15 minute drive. Conveniet location, 30 minutes for Fergus Falls and Perham, and 35 minutes to Detroit Lakes. Several area golf courses within 30 minutes with the most popular being Thumper Pond, Balmoral and Pebble Lake.
Lake Description: Dead Lake is a 7901 acre lake with 41 miles of shoreline and is located in central Otter Tail County approximately twenty miles southeast of Pelican Rapids, MN. It has a maximum depth of 65 ft. and water clarity of 9 ft. Dead Lake has a reputation as one of the best all-around fishing lakes in Otter Tail County. Northern Pike, Walleye, Largemouth Bass, and Bluegill are the dominant gamefish species in the fish community. It has many bays that allow an escape from wind and is large enough for ski boats yet small enough for a 14 ft fishing boat.
