Looking for someone who is one either retired and just looking for some thing to do and can help a single parent out and not charge an arm and a leg and maybe willing to except some payments.
Or someone who is willing to help and will let me make payments I have most of inside materials and most of the tools.
I do have a roofing job that needs to be done as well, and siding and a few other projects all before winter hits again so if anyone is willing to help for a decent price or allow me to make payments id be forever grateful.
Ill make a list of things I need.
Roof shingled
Siding will need to be respected before siding is put on old siding is to rotten.
Windows
Doors
Tear down and rebuild entry way
Sheet rock
Tape and mud
Minor plumbing
Install stand up shower
Closet shelf and rods
Belly pan half of it
Install lvp flooring
Kitchen cabinets
Shiplap
Tear out and redo part of the ceiling do to a bad leak.
I can help with some of these things and may have some things done and ready but hard to do by myself with 2 littles that have disabilities.
I have paid people and they have either not shown up or just didnt finish the job or didnt finish and stole half my tools sooo I was left and now im stuck and im needing help even if u want to volunteer with just a thing or to would help me out a lot as long as you know how.
What ud be working on is a 16x80 mobile home.
Id also gladly take anything that you may have for the outside even if its not enough but I could buy more of still like 2x4s,2x6, 4x4s decking, left over skirting white, plywood, insulation, flooring, shingles, siding, white vinyl windows, interior doors, 1/2" sheet rock im a couple sheets short.
I have been to the restore store as well and will be going there to pick up some windows and a few doors.
