Beef Cattle Assistant Wanted to work into Ownership (near Fergus Falls)

Are you SERIOUSLY interested in working with Beef cattle? This is your opportunity to work into livestock ownership with an older cattleman with a QUALITY HERD. This would NOT be a FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY POSITION and thus you would need a full time job. Expectations would include some help with fencing (paid), and chute work (shots, pouring for internal and external parasites (some paid) and some feeding and calf care (i.e. ear tagging). You should be physically fit and willing to learn and participate in decisions affecting the care and feeding of the herd. An initial meeting in which ALL duties, expectations, financial remunerations, cattle ownership transfers, cooperation with cattleman owner, equipment use and care, and so on would be explored. If agreeable with both parties, a site visit and viewing of the herd and location would follow at a mutually agreeable time.
